My dog is acting weird. seems incoherent. will go into the bathroom and lie between tub and toilet with head to the wall, or get in the tub like he is hiding. he will not go outside unless you walk with him.

Answer: My puppy will do the same thing. I find that if I put him on a leash and lead him around, he goes faster. When he wants to stop to play, I give him a little tug to let him know to keep moving until he goes. Then once he goes, I allow him to play.

He had a bowel movement yesterday that was nothing but round worms. So my aunt and I took him to a vet we had never heard of but were able to see us that day. They put Elvis (that\’s his name) on the dewormer and gave him a few other shots. The other shots were called Corona Virus Vaccine and Giardia Vaccine. He also got a Distemper which is ok, I\’ve heard of that one. Can you tell me a little about the other two and if they are necessary? Other vets in my area do not give these and I wanted to know if it was something that Elvis should be getting or if they are not necessary. Also, they never mentioned anything about heartworm. Can you also tell me which vaccines he should be getting at this age? Thank You.
