Should I take him to vet or wait and see what happens tomorrow
My dog is acting weird. seems incoherent. will go into the bathroom and lie between tub and toilet with head to the wall, or get in the tub like he is hiding. he will not go outside unless you walk with him.

The problem sounds psychological like something has scared your dog or something happened to make him behave that way. I would definitely take him to the vet to make sure that it is not physical first though. But it sounds like something is making him behave that way.
