Labrador is Constantly Whining
Question: My 3 year old Lab is constantly whining. He eats at six am and five pm. He will begin whining at five am and four pm. If I change his feeding times the whining times change as well. He whines all the time. Even to go out. Is there something wron with him or is he just a whiner? Do you suggest I get him checked at the vet or try to change the behavior?
